There are cell groups in every part of the church life. There are cell groups for adults, there are family cell groups, there are youth cell groups and those for our children, even down to the age of one!
All the cells have an agenda to support and pray for each other week by week and to learn together more of what God wants for them. In addition to this, they seek to reach out to friends, neighbours, family and workmates so that God is evident and relevant in the community. Through this outreach others gradually join the cells and in turn this causes the cell to multiply.
Most of the cell meetings move around from home to home, week by week. This means that different members of the group can experience hosting a group, although obviously preference is sometimes given to those who have children so that babysitters are not required as often (or they provide especially great cakes!!). Cell meetings generally follow the pattern of what we call the four Ws, namely Welcome (an icebreaker), Worship (some singing, reading or meditating), Witness (praying for those around us) and Word (where the Service message is applied into peoples lives.)
However, a cell is not just a weekly meeting but relating to each other at different times, thereby supporting and encouraging and working together.

SERVICES: At various times we come together to worship God, with different cell groups being linked to different services and being involved in various ways. At present we meet in different congregations suited to our folks differing lifestyles.
The Morning Congregation (TMC) meets on a Sunday at 10.30am and at some point the children move next door to the hall for their own time together. There are 2 groups SPLOSH (5 - 11s) and 0 -4s.
Another congregation called Meeting Point meets at different times during a month.
1st & 3rd Sundays at 4.00pm, 2nd & 4th weekends on the Saturday night at 8.00pm and in the 3rd week at 3.30pm on the Wednesday. Then there is SPACE on the 3rd Sunday of the month in the evening at 7.30pm and the 'Film Nights' held in Bradford Academy. Occasionally there is the Cafe which meets at Blues in the City centre. This congregation is geared to those with younger children as well as those who are single, then there are the older generation representatives... so really its for all ages!.
In the Autumn of 2005 a new congregation began for Young People.
This is X:stream and meets each Friday at 7.00pm and uses the building of E:merge our youth project on Parsonage Road Laisterdyke.
It has been wonderful to see the musical talent and gifting of our people. In fact, it has been exciting to see people come through to lead worship who previously didnt realise they had this ability. There is hope for us all!
WORSHIP BANDS
We have numerous worship bands helping to lead the worship in each of the congregations, with the musicians seeking to draw us closer to God through the use of contemporary songs and their own compositions.
